Rose of Rayhaan by Rotana in Dubai in just 3 weeks..
Inevitably comes the day when I will try to break a world’s record in the highest hotel in the world that is situated in Dubai.
Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is 333 meters high, has 68 floors, 1471 stairs but in order to break a world’s record I will have to firstly jump up the stairs till the 20-30 floors, go down by elevator and then jump till the top (regulations for breaking world’s record permit to that kind of method). The sure thing is that both on the stairs and in elevator I cannot support myself so it will not be easy.
The current record (set in 2008 in Jim Mao in China) is 2008 stairs. My goal is around 2030 stairs- how many exactly I will find when I will get there.
I am very happy that once again my partners in this- the biggest in my carrier challenge, will be: Województwo Podkarpackie, Miasto Rzeszów and ROMET.
Together with my team we are flying out to Dubai on 23th of January 2012. Climbing will start at 11:00 of local time (8:00 of polish time)
It will be the 7th skyscraper that I will try to conquer, and if the attempt is successful, I will not only break a world’s record but I will be the leader in the amount of acquired buildings.
Keep fingers crossed for me and meanwhile I’m going out for the training.
